We too cannot avoid the rules

No booking fees and no credit card required to book. We will email you to confirm your reservation.

To confirm the reservation we ask you to send a deposit, at least equal to 30% of the total within 5 working days in one of the following ways:

Bank transfer, Paypal or with a sent payment request information about this you will receive in the confirmation email.

This must be paid within 5 working days after receipt of our confirmation. If the deposit is not paid, the reservation will expire.

The remaining amount must be paid in cash or by debit card upon arrival. You can also choose via your own bank transfer or Paypal payment request (you can submit a request for this) 2 days before the arrival date.

Cancellation is no problem

Cancellation of the reservation is free of charge up to 5 days before the arrival date, i.e. the guest does not owe anything and is entitled to a refund of the deposit if it has been paid.

From 5 days before arrival, the cancellation costs are 30% of the total amount, equal to the amount of the minimum deposit and will not be returned if the payment has already been made. We offer you the possibility to convert your reservation to another date.

If the cancellation takes place in the last two days before arrival, or in case of no-show, or if the guest cancels the reservation after arrival, the cancellation costs correspond to the full amount of the booked stay. And we will look for a suitable solution in consultation.

Booking as a Wedding location or Retreat location:

First, a suitable basic quote is created for you, which is valid for 60 days after the quote date. The desired date will then be closed for you immediately. This is only confirmed after a deposit of 30% of the quote amount within 60 days of the issued quote. The remaining amount must be paid in full 60 days before arrival.

Full refund of the paid amount is possible within 30 days after the deposit of the basic quote. You owe nothing and are entitled to a refund of the deposit.

From 30 days after the deposit, the cancellation costs are 30% of the total amount, equal to the amount of the minimum deposit and will not be returned if the payment has already been made. We offer you the possibility to convert your reservation to another date. Cancellation 90 days before arrival date will be charged 100%.

In the case of a possible additional offer that is made entirely according to your wishes, we also ask for a 30% deposit. This must be paid 30 days after the issue date of your additional offer. This additional offer can still be adjusted (almost completely) to your wishes and number of persons up to 90 days before arrival. The remaining amount of this additional offer must be paid in full 14 days before arrival.

Full refund of the amount paid is possible within 30 days after the deposit of the additional offer. Cancellation 90 days before arrival date will be charged 100%.

Guidelines of the house

Check-in: 16.00 uur

Check-out: 10.00 uur

Late Check-out until 3 p.m. possible for an additional charge of €10.00 for a camping stable, €25.00 per room or complete apartment €100.00

If circumstances permit, these times may be changed, but it is advisable to discuss this in advance.

Cleaning procedures

  • Cleaning with disinfectant
  • All towels and bed linen are washed at at least 60ºC
  • Highly touched surfaces are cleaned daily with disinfectant (such as countertops, light switches, handles and taps)

The house must be found clean and tidy. If this is not the case, this must be reported immediately to the person who arranges the reception, so that he or she can rectify the situation. In addition, the tenant must report this within 24 hours

On departure, the tenant must leave the house clean and tidy, with special attention to the sanitary facilities, the kitchen, the glassware and the floor.

Damage and additional costs

You are responsible for any damage to or in the rooms that is caused by you or your fellow travellers during your stay. We will discuss how we can resolve this on site.
