1 and 2 person rooms or complete apartment
We have a total of 4 rooms. 3x a double room and 1x a single room. These are located on the second floor and are accessible via a staircase. The rooms are decorated in different styles and will represent the themes of the seasons. All double rooms have queen-size box-spring beds 160×210, bedside tables, a wardrobe and a desk with chair. And there are 2 bathrooms on this floor that can be shared with a maximum of 8 people (when fully occupied). A large bathroom with bath/shower, toilet, bidet and sink. The small bathroom has a hydrojet massage shower, toilet and sink.
The Summer Room is a very spacious Superior room and has the possibility to place an extra bed and has the possibility to reserve the small bathroom as a private bathroom for a small fee. This contains a toilet, sink and hydrojet massage shower.

The Winter Room is a spacious single room
All rooms are rented on a bed and breakfast basis including bed linen and towels.
Of course, there is also the possibility to book breakfast, which can be booked during the reservation or during check-in. Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 9:30, in the communal kitchen in the annex or outside, depending on the season. These times can be adjusted in consultation.
It is also possible to use the washing machine, which is located in a separate room.
On the floor there is also a cozy living room where you can use the (smart) television or enjoy the surroundings on the balcony. There is also a small space with kitchenette where you can make a cup of coffee or tea
All rooms have the possibility to use the large shared kitchen and refrigerator in the annex. You can prepare your own breakfast, lunch or dinner here. The kitchen has a minimum of basic equipment. There is also a cozy fireplace where you can enjoy the warmth. You can also use our herbs in the garden to use in preparations.
The garden is not fenced, but can be used for various purposes. We have a nice natural stream with small waterfalls along our garden where we also have nice seating areas. Relax on the sunbeds by the pool, swim in the 7.5×3.5 meter pool with a saltwater system where the salt is naturally converted into chlorine, which is better for the environment and the skin (it is not sea salt water), play badminton, yoga, football etc. The garden will be shared, but is large enough for your own privacy and peace.
We also have 2 mountain trails for the real sports enthusiasts to walk on our property. They are quite a hike but the view is fantastic! Path 1 is a bit easier to walk and is 135m height difference. Path 2 has a height difference of 177m in 1.2 km so is a bit more challenging and also contains more rocks. These paths are indicated with signs.
Walking path 3 is a route without climbing and goes through our rose field. This is an easy short route of 1 km
We also regularly organize BBQ and eat-along evenings. If you are interested, let us know! Of course, the BBQ at the picnic table is also available for our guests to use.
Did you bring your own (electric) bike or scooter? We have a separate locked space where you can neatly store it and possibly also charge it.

It is also possible to reserve the entire upper floor as an apartment for max. 9 persons. Consisting of the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as described above.
The apartment is rented on a bed and breakfast basis including bed linen and towels. Check-in/Check-out possible on all days, bookable from a minimum of 2 nights
