That’s how the idea of outdoor nature wellness came about: enjoying, relaxing and resting with the elements of nature.



The Nature-wellness activities that you can experience with us:
1/ Forest bathing (shinrin-yoku): Slow and conscious walking in the forest and mountains without a goal, just to be aware of nature
2/ Walking barefoot path (route no. 3): Stimulates the senses and literally grounds you
3/ Meditation in nature: for example on top of our mountain in the clearing or on our relaxation field
4/ Cold pick-me-up in our natural stream: Refreshing and strengthens your immune system
5/ Breathing exercises in the open air: gentle breathing techniques in a nice and quiet place on our grounds for you
6/ A natural mud bath: that cleanses the skin
7/ A relaxing walk in the stream: to cool down (in winter even a natural plunge pool).
8/ Wild picking and making herbal tea: pick herbs for your tea from our herb garden or pick wild nettle or elderflower
9/ Picnic with healthy food: conscious eating in a beautiful spot on our grounds
10/ Watching the sunrise or sunset: Go to the top of our mountain to enjoy it simple but deeply relaxing
11/ Bird watching: brings focus and tranquility, can you see the hop?
12/ Walking with a silent assignment: e.g. 2 hours of walking without talking, natural scent experience of resin, flowers, conscious observation (this can also be done under supervision)
13/ Natural sauna on the Wellness field with relax bench made of grass: sweat naturally
14/ Relax on our rose field: shielded from all disturbing elements (so no 4G network or wifi).






That means wellness in the old-fashioned form, being close to yourself and nature.

- Wonderful guided silent walk in the mountains including a break (approximately 2 hours): natural scent experience of resin, flowers, conscious perception
- Magnesium foot bath
- Beautiful barrel sauna that we can heat up with a lovely scent.
- heated mud-bath
- An authentic sweat lodge (in the making): good for your body and mind


the nature wellness is free to use for our guests of the b&b and camping stables.
with the exception of the extras that can be booked as described above
